We are looking for a Digital Marketing Sales Manager to help coordinate the efforts of our sales team in order to bring on new clients to contribute to the growth of our business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing the support needed to ensure the success of our salespeople, whether through generating leads, providing background information, or assisting in the close of a transaction. You will also be able to work closely with our management team in monitoring our sales efforts. A Digital Marketing Sales Manager should not only be able to assist in growing and developing their sales team, but also lead by example by closing Sales themselves.

Digital Marketing Sales Manager earn 15% recurring commission off of closed deals, and 10% Override commission from their team’s closed deals. No Commission Caps.
We provide both Warm and Cold Leads, Teach Setting appointments, and the sales approach.
Reps make between 40-60 new calls to leads a day (200-300/Week)
A % of those calls appointments are set
A % of those appointments actually get a Consultation
A % of those consultations lead to closed deals.
Primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to increase the above %’s.
Web Designs run between $3k and $15K
Recurring Marketing Deals go between $747 and $10K
Onboard private and government institutions as clients.
Provide direction and support to our sales team members, along with the education and example needed in order to help guarantee their success.
Work with our management team as well as our salespeople in analyzing sales performance to develop ambitious yet attainable sales goals for the current fiscal year.
Coordinate the distribution of leads to the members of our sales team according to each salesperson’s designated geographic area, and then follow up on those leads to help ensure that they result in customer conversion.
Educate yourself on our entire portfolio of products so as to become a resource of information for both our staff and our customers.
Suggest product improvements to our research and development departments based upon client feedback.
Present regular reports to our management team detailing the sales team’s progression towards annual goals.

Creates graph in the system to track product sales
Measure and report performance of all Sales campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, e-commerce and social media marketing as well as web content, design, and mobile applications.
Must have a proven track record with Sales
Must have a proven track record with managing a sales Team
Should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Web Design and Digital Marketing Sales Experience is a plus
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
The candidate needs to be a fast learner, hard worker, self-starter and a team player.
